Leadership Training & Prefect Induction

Leadership development is an important part of student growth at CCA. Throughout the academic year, leadership workshops and prefect induction programs are organized to train selected students in responsibility, communication, teamwork, and ethical decision-making. Through mentorship and guided activities, learners gain confidence and develop the skills necessary to serve as positive role models within the school community.
